  • You will receive medication in the mail with all materials needed to start your weight loss journey
  • Telemedicine visit with a medical provider, medication and all supplies needed, as well as continued support throughout the month by emailing or texting any questions that may arise

We are a cash based business and are not accepting insurances at this time. We want to ensure your care is quick and easy, avoiding all hiccups through insurance policies.

We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. Please send an email to , stating that you will no longer be needing medical care with WWM. Your subscription will stop 30 days following this notice. If your next payment falls within this 30 day period, you will be charged for one last time.
We work with compounding pharmacies around the country to provide medications at a reasonable cost. If you choose to have medication filled at a local pharmacy, you may be charged a higher fee for your medication which we are unable to assist with.
You should receive your medication within 7-14 business days after speaking with your provider. This may vary depending on the pharmacy.
You’ll need a device with a camera and microphone, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer, along with a stable internet connection. Our user-friendly platform ensures seamless virtual consultations as well as patient privacy.
